Our children remain rearfacing until no car-seat can accomodate that, then forward facing until no car seat can accomodate that and then we move to a high back booster, then a low back booster. The only suggestion I have is to remember that most vehicles only have LATCH systems to 40 lbs and to check your vehicle owners manual to determine the weight limit on the LATCH system in your car.

Great video, however I wish you had emphasized extended harnessing and that LATCH systems typically only have a weight limit of 40 or 45 lbs and they shoudl refer to not only the child restraint but also the vehicle manuals to determine how long they can use LATCH.

the funny thing is we were in the room a few doors down and we heard all the nurses laughing but had no idea why. he walked into my sisters room right after and talked to us for a while. he's a good sport : )
